An individualized fitness session beginning with a nonmedical movement screen and goal review. Programming may include mobility exercises, stability training, muscular activation, flexibility instruction, breathing mechanics, balance work, and progressive corrective exercise. Clients also receive simple home exercises designed to reinforce movement skills between sessions.
A fitness-based session for active adults and athletes seeking improved mobility, movement preparation, exercise recovery strategies, and performance support. Sessions may include dynamic warmups, active mobility drills, assisted stretching within the practitioner’s training and insurance coverage, muscular activation, movement-pattern coaching, and individualized home programming.
A nonmedical educational session covering general movement, hydration habits, breathing exercises, light activity, mobility routines, and recovery planning. This service does not include lymphatic massage, manual lymph drainage, post-surgical treatment, medical management, or treatment of swelling or edema.
A clothes-on movement session using active mobility exercises, guided positioning, breathing, and assisted stretching to support general flexibility and movement confidence. The client remains involved throughout the session and communicates continuously regarding comfort and range of motion.
A nonmedical fitness service for clients who have been cleared for exercise and want structured support returning to general activity. Sessions may include movement screening, mobility exercises, stability training, muscular activation, exercise modification, gradual progression, and home programming. Medical symptoms, suspected injuries, postoperative concerns, and unresolved pain must be evaluated by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
