Corrective Massage (Myofascial & Trigger Point)

Targeted bodywork to reduce pain, improve mobility, and fix the real cause—not just the sore spot. We blend myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, pin-and-stretch, and guided breathing to unlock tight tissue and restore clean movement. Expect a quick movement check, focused hands-on work, and simple at-home drills (2–3 minutes) to keep results. Non-invasive, no needles—just skilled technique that helps you move and feel better.

Deep Tissue / Sports Therapy

Targeted, corrective bodywork for people who train, work hard, or hurt in the same spots. We combine slow, focused pressure with myofascial release, trigger-point work, and assisted stretching to ease stubborn tension, improve range of motion, and help you move with less discomfort. Sessions are goal-driven—pre-event prep, post-event recovery, or ongoing maintenance—and pressure is adjusted to your tolerance. Expect clear intake, focused work on the muscles that matter, and simple after-care so gains stick. (We don’t diagnose or replace medical care; we can coordinate with your provider as needed.)

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, rhythmic manual technique that helps your body move fluid, ease puffiness, and feel lighter. We use light, precise strokes that follow natural lymph pathways—often starting at the neck and abdomen—then guide fluid from arms, legs, and torso toward key nodes. Great for post-workout recovery, travel bloat, and general heaviness; also suitable post-procedure with your clinician’s clearance. Sessions may include guided breathing and targeted sequences to reduce tightness and improve comfort. This service is non-invasive, relaxation-friendly, and designed to support your body’s natural process—not to replace medical care. Thai Stretch & Mobility

Thai Stretch & Mobility is a clothes-on, assisted stretching session that blends Thai-inspired compressions, joint mobilization, and guided breath to unlock tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and back. Working on a mat or table, your practitioner moves you through targeted ranges of motion to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and help your body feel lighter and more coordinated. Sessions are tailored to your goals—whether you sit all day, train hard, or just want to move better—with clear after-care so results last. Expect steady, pain-free pressure, deeper stretches than you can do alone, and noticeable mobility gains without the spa fluff. Book to move better, sooner.

Targeted, hands-on treatment to calm pain and speed recovery. We combine corrective massage, soft-tissue release, and guided mobility work to reduce tension, improve range of motion, and support healing after overuse, strain, or postural stress. Each session is tailored to your history and goals, with clear at-home cues so progress lasts.
